Looking for another fun activity to do with the little ones in your life that they'll really love? It's that time of year, get ready for the slightly messy joy of coloring Easter eggs.

There's a lot of options out there, but 2 techniques that we liked were using natural ingredients as dye, yielding vibrant, beautifully colored eggs, and coloring them with whipped cream and food coloring. The whipped cream option was easy, and a huge hit. Click the links below for instructions on both of these methods. it's always fun to try something new!

First, The Ranch Table has instructions for coloring eggs with paprika, onion skins, turmeric, even left over coffee. The results are beautiful. See the instructions on her blog, linked here https://theranchtable.com/blogs/field-notes/natural-easter-egg-dyes.

Next, The Kitchn has instructions for the whipped cream marbleizing technique they've featured on their website here https://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-marbleized-easter-eggs-243231
